Privacy notice

This notice explains what Utilities Growth does with the details you give us through this site. We have kept it short and plain.

What we collect

When you use the request form we collect your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your job title and anything you write in the message box. We collect nothing else about you through this site.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request, which usually means preparing your line survey and replying to you about it. We do not add you to any list and we do not use your details for anything unrelated to what you asked.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to twelve months so we have a record of the conversation, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Utilities Growth who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. The page fonts load from a public font service, which receives the standard technical information any browser sends when it requests a file.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Write to sophie.wood@utilitiesgrowth.co, or send the request through our contact form. If you would like us to stop contacting you, reply stop to any message from us and we will not contact you again.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this notice on this page.
